1. Agreement
By accessing or using Logic Poster, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use Logic Poster for a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Facebook Pages and authority
You may connect only Facebook Pages that you are authorized to manage. You authorize Logic Poster to use the permissions you grant through Meta to perform the actions you select, including creating, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and replying to Page content. Your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies.
Meta may change, restrict, or discontinue its APIs at any time. Logic Poster does not control Meta, Facebook distribution, post reach, account reviews, or Page restrictions.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Logic Poster. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish the content.
AI-generated or AI-assisted material may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing it and for the content ultimately published to your Pages.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Logic Poster to:
- violate law, another person’s rights, or Meta’s policies;
- publish deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content;
- send spam or artificially manipulate engagement or platform systems;
- upload malware or interfere with the service’s security or operation;
- access another customer’s account, Pages, content, or data without authorization;
- reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law permits; or
- use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk or load.
6. Automation and publishing
Logic Poster includes scheduling and automation controls. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate review and autonomy settings, keeping access tokens current, and monitoring publishing results. Dry-run mode does not publish to Facebook. When dry-run mode is off, approved or automated items may publish without another prompt at the scheduled time.
Delivery times and results are not guaranteed. Network failures, third-party outages, expired permissions, platform review, rate limits, or other conditions may delay or prevent an action. You should verify time-sensitive or regulated content directly on the destination platform.
7. Paid plans
If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize the stated recurring charges and applicable taxes. Plan limits and prices are shown when you subscribe and may change for future billing periods with notice. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are nonrefundable. You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent future charges.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Logic Poster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export or remove content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
Logic Poster is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Logic Poster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Logic Poster during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide notice when reasonably required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
