Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Logic Poster handles account information, Facebook Page data, content, and optional Google Analytics connections.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to LogicPoster.com and the Logic Poster application (collectively, “Logic Poster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to account holders, people who manage connected Facebook Pages or websites, and visitors to our website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Logic Poster, we may collect:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in details, and account preferences.
  • Facebook Page information, including Page name and ID, the permissions you grant, Page access tokens, token status and expiry, and your connection settings.
  • Content and publishing information, such as captions, images, videos, links, drafts, schedules, funnels, approval decisions, publishing receipts, and failed-publish details.
  • Facebook interaction and insight data, including comments, replies, post identifiers, permalinks, reach, engagement, and other Page or post metrics made available through Meta’s APIs.
  • Technical and usage information, including browser and device details, IP address, application logs, audit records, and security or performance events.
  • Link attribution information, including original and published URLs, automatically added campaign tags, and the associated post and placement. These direct links do not send visitor requests to Logic Poster. Any retained legacy redirect counters contain daily aggregates, without tracking cookies, visitor identifiers, IP addresses or stored browser strings. Hosting and security logs are separate.
  • Connected Google Analytics information, when you authorize read-only access: your Google account identity, available Analytics properties and streams, selected website settings, linked Facebook Pages, and aggregate website results associated with your Logic Poster links. The Google Analytics section below explains this optional connection and saved experiment evidence.
  • Billing information if paid plans are enabled. Payments are processed by a payment provider; Logic Poster does not store your complete card number.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, secure, maintain, and improve Logic Poster;
  • connect the Facebook Pages you authorize and publish content at your direction;
  • prepare drafts, schedules, replies, reports, and performance recommendations;
  • diagnose publishing failures, enforce usage limits, and maintain an audit trail;
  • communicate service, security, support, and billing information; and
  • comply with law and protect the rights and safety of users, Logic Poster, and others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Facebook data for unrelated advertising or to build advertising profiles.

4. Facebook and Meta Platform data

Logic Poster accesses Facebook data only after you authorize the connection. We use that data to operate the features you select, such as publishing, reading Page comments, drafting replies, and reporting Page performance. Our use of information received from Meta APIs is subject to Meta’s applicable platform terms and policies.

You can revoke Logic Poster’s Facebook access at any time in your Facebook settings. You may also request deletion by following our data deletion instructions.

5. Google Analytics data and Limited Use

Connecting Google Analytics is optional. We request your Google account identity and email address and read-only Analytics access. We read the properties and web streams available to your Google account so you can choose a website. We store your Google account identifier and verified email, encrypted authorization credentials, and your selected property, stream, website, timezone, currency, and Facebook Page mappings. This permission does not let Logic Poster change your Analytics settings or website.

For selected websites, we import aggregate sessions, engaged sessions, key events, and revenue grouped by date and Logic Poster link tags. We do not import visitor identifiers or individual event records. We use these reports in your website results, campaign reviews, and saved experiment evidence. These figures reflect Analytics attribution and measurement limits; they do not establish that Logic Poster caused a sale or visit.

Imported Google Analytics data and saved website results are not sent to Logic Poster’s AI generation features or connected external assistants (MCP), and are not used to train general-purpose AI models. Content you separately choose to enter in an AI request is handled as described in the AI-assisted features section. Other customers cannot access your Google connection or reports through their Logic Poster accounts.

We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, when using or transferring Google API data. This also covers data derived from it. We use this data only for the visible features you authorize. Service providers may process it only as needed to provide those features. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, lending, or credit decisions.

Human access is limited to your affirmative agreement, necessary security or legal purposes, or permitted internal operations using aggregated and anonymized data. A transfer of Google data in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale requires your explicit prior consent. These Google-specific limits take precedence over the general sharing and AI provisions elsewhere in this policy.

We retain cached website reports while the website is connected and refresh them for the reporting features you use. Saved experiments may contain website evidence from an earlier report. Removing a website deletes its configuration, cached reports, and imported website evidence from saved experiments. Disconnecting a Google account first revokes its Google authorization, then removes our stored credentials, associated websites, cached reports, and their imported experiment evidence. If revocation cannot be confirmed, we show a retry message and do not complete the local removal. For deletion of your whole account or further help, follow our data deletion instructions. You can also remove Logic Poster’s permission in your Google Account connections. Removing permission in Google does not itself delete copies already stored by Logic Poster. Limited backup copies may remain until backup retention or deletion procedures complete.

6. AI-assisted features

When you choose an AI-assisted feature, the content and instructions needed to perform that request may be sent to an AI service provider. This may include your captions, brand guidance, or selected media context. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request. We use AI outputs to provide the requested feature and do not authorize providers to use your Facebook data for unrelated advertising.

7. When we share information

We may share information:

  • with service providers that host the application, store media, send email, process payments, or provide AI functionality, only as needed to perform those services;
  • with Meta when you direct Logic Poster to use Facebook features;
  • when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety; or
  • as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

8. Retention and deletion

Legacy daily link counters are kept for approximately 90 days. Existing legacy redirect destinations remain available while the associated Page records exist. Current publishing uses direct website links with attribution tags added automatically to eligible links.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Logic Poster, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify eligible account and connected-Page data unless we must retain specific records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. Limited copies may remain in backups until those backups expire.

Deleting data from Logic Poster does not delete a post or comment already published on Facebook. You must remove published content from Facebook separately.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted access and encryption of Facebook access tokens at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also revoke Facebook permissions and opt out of nonessential email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children

Logic Poster is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Logic Poster changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
