Data deletion instructions

Manage Google Analytics and Facebook connections, and request deletion of information stored by Logic Poster.

Google Analytics connections and website data

In Logic Poster Settings, use Disconnect for the Google account you want to remove. We first revoke the Google authorization, then remove our stored credentials, associated website configurations, cached reports, and imported website evidence from saved experiments. Future imports stop. If revocation cannot be confirmed, we show a retry message and leave local data in place until you retry successfully or contact us. Google’s revocation can affect other uses of that Google account’s Logic Poster grant, which may require reconnecting.

To remove just one saved website, use its removal control in Settings. This deletes that website’s configuration, cached reports, and imported website evidence from saved experiments, while keeping the Google connection for your other websites. These actions do not delete the experiment’s remaining notes or Facebook results. For help or a further deletion request, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Google Analytics data deletion request.” Include the website or experiment name, but never send a password, token, or other credential.

You can remove Logic Poster’s Google permission in your Google Account connections. Revoking permission in Google stops authorized access but does not itself delete previously stored Logic Poster data. Disconnecting in Logic Poster does not delete data in your Google Analytics property.

Your whole Logic Poster account

Open Settings → Account data to request account deletion, or email [email protected] from your account email. We verify account ownership before completing deletion. The in-app request first revokes connected Google authorizations. When that step succeeds, it disables account access and removes stored Google connections, cached reports, and imported website evidence from experiments. If revocation fails, the request asks you to retry; some authorizations may already have been revoked. Final account deletion also removes the remaining experiment history and other eligible account data. Limited records or backup copies may remain as described below.

Account export is also available in Settings → Account data. It includes saved Google connection and website metadata and experiment history, but not access credentials or a complete copy of Google Analytics reports.

Facebook Page data

Pause publishing

In Logic Poster, open Pages and pause the connected Page. This prevents new scheduled work from publishing while your request is processed.

Remove Facebook access

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (sometimes shown as Apps and websites), select Logic Poster, and choose Remove. This revokes the permissions and Page access tokens granted to Logic Poster.

Open Facebook settings →

Send the deletion request

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your Logic Poster account. Use the subject “Facebook data deletion request” and include the Facebook Page name you connected. Do not send an access token or password.

Email the request →

Receive confirmation

We may ask you to verify ownership of the Logic Poster account or Facebook Page. We will confirm completion within 30 days of receiving a verified request, unless law permits or requires a longer period.

What we delete

Subject to verification and legal retention requirements, we will delete or de-identify the Facebook Page connection and token, unpublished drafts and media associated only with that Page, schedules and configuration, imported comments and replies, insights and performance metrics, and other eligible account data covered by your request.

What this does not delete

Posts, comments, or replies already published to Facebook exist on Meta’s systems. Removing Logic Poster or deleting Logic Poster data does not remove those published items; delete them directly from Facebook if you no longer want them available there. We may retain limited security, audit, billing, or legal records where required or permitted by law. Residual copies may remain in backups until those backups expire.

Need help?

Email [email protected] with the account, Page, website, or experiment covered by your request and the email address on your Logic Poster account. Never include passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.
